Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital service — no physical shipping

Nyaykar is a fully digital service. We do not ship any physical goods. There are no shipping fees, courier partners, or delivery addresses involved.

2. How your letter is delivered

  • Your AI-generated complaint letter is shown on screen immediately after generation — typically within 3–8 seconds.
  • You can download the letter as a PDF directly from the result page.
  • You can also email the letter to yourself from the result page; this is delivered to your inbox within a minute.
  • Pro users get the letter delivered on WhatsApp as a PDF attachment as well.

3. Subscription activation

When you purchase a Pro, Pro Annual or SMB plan, your account is upgraded instantly after Razorpay confirms your payment. You do not need to wait for any email or activation step. The new limits take effect on your next letter generation.

4. If you don't receive your letter

  1. Refresh the result page — the letter is regenerated from your stored complaint.
  2. Check your spam / promotions folder if you opted to receive the letter by email.
  3. If the letter is still missing, email hello@nyaykar.in with your Razorpay payment ID. We will regenerate or refund per our Refund Policy.

5. Service area

Nyaykar is built for Indian consumers and the Indian regulatory system (RBI, IRDAI, TRAI, RERA, NCH, eDaakhil and Consumer Commissions). The service is accessible from anywhere with an internet connection, but the letters generated are intended for filing within India.
